What do we want ?

We call for a one year moratorium on all projects aimed at establishing new rules about digital technologies and electronic communications, when individual freedoms or human rights are concerned.

We call for the creation of a parliamentary delegation to civil liberties and digital technologies, responsible at first of making an assessment of existing legal texts in this area, which includes making implementation reports when intended in the law, as well as necessary impact studies.

Once this balance is achieved, we ask that a decentralized digital assembly be organized across the country like what was done for the proposed digital identity card.

Finally, we ask for the French Presidency of the European Union shall to be the opportunity for France to organize reflection to account the european law and to open the debate on its desirable development in all Member States.
